Sleeping arrangements include two queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with bunk beds. The home accommodates up to seven guests. The living room features a Samsung The Frame TV and sound system. The modern kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, oven with air-fryer feature, refrigerator, cookware, and dining essentials. The private backyard offers outdoor lounge seating, a dining table, Weber gas grill, fire pit, and string lighting. A washer and dryer are available, along with free on-site parking. Please note that the garage and storage shed are reserved for owner use. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and checkout is at 10:00 AM.

Casa Tranquila is located in an established downtown San Antonio residential neighborhood, approximately a 15-minute walk from the peaceful King William section of the River Walk. The main River Walk restaurant and entertainment district is farther north, approximately a 40-minute walk from the home. San Pedro Creek Culture Park is approximately 0.3 miles away. We welcome well-behaved dogs but cannot accommodate cats due to allergies. Please keep pets off the furniture. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. No parties or events are allowed. Guests have private use of the home and backyard, excluding the garage and storage shed. We're local hosts who take pride in providing a thoughtfully maintained property, professional cleaning, and friendly, responsive hospitality.
